Hailey is a player that led by example. Her efforts in the weight room, practice and on the rink during games inspired teammates. She was the type of player that continued to push through no matter how stressful the situation was. Lastly she has taken feedback and accepted it without compliant and used the feedback to help her mature not only as a player but a person. Hailey should be proud of her efforts on and off the ice.
