Marlie Johnston, a two time captain for Warroad, leads her team by example on and off the ice. She takes pride in high levels of performance in academics, athletics, and her many other activities. Marlie is a leader in the classroom and among her peers. She is well liked and respected by her teammates. She also has an incredible attitude and is always respectful to coaches, teammates, refs, and teachers. Marlie works hard in everything that she does. Marlie loves her team; she loves to win; but most of all she loves the game.
