Tristan came to the coaching staff before the season had started feeling frustrated by his role on the team and was not sure if he really contributed anything to the team. He did not know that at that same time the team unanimously voted him team captain.

He is a player that everyone likes, and makes everybody feel like somebody. He is not afraid to speak up to the coaching staff when he feels that something is not right.

He now sees the importance of his role on the team, not being the guy who gets all the points but the guy that helps everyone along and helps bring out the best in everyone. He is a special player who will be missed.
