Kiryl was a transfer student from a local private school, where he excelled both on and off the ice. Kiryl saw limited time as a varsity goaltender and transferred back to his local high school. Kiryl was a not only a new member at his local high school but he was now also a part of his newly formed co-op that formed this year. Kiryl became a vocal member both on and off the ice. His love for the game both on and off the ice became a big impact on helping members from area schools all become one. Because of this I respectfully nominate Kiryl Astravukh as this years Hobey Baker recipient.
