Rudy has been our best defensemen all season. He has logged the most ice time of any of our players. Rudy respects his teammates, coaches, competitors and game officials. He is a great teammate and always encourages the younger players. Rudy was a unanimous choice of my coaching staff for this award. Rudy set a great example of how to be a great competitor and how to be a great young man.
