He is a leader on the ice, always improving his craft and bringing his skills to put forth 100% effort every shift at practice and games. He never looks for an excuse only a solution to accomplish personal and team goals. He arrives with a smile, works through the adversity of pain, injuries, sickness and gives to the team all he has.
