Ethan is a senior captain and team-first player who does not see a lot of ice-time but does everything he can to help the team. He has a tremendous work ethic and the other players feed off him in practice and games. Most players who don’t get much ice-time choose to mope around and have a negative attitude, but Ethan is the complete opposite. He is a true leader who cares more about the team’s success than his own. I believe this shows strong character and that Ethan is the perfect recipient for this award
