Jake is an elite competitor with amazing dedication and drive. His love for the game shows in every interaction he has at the rink, including his involvement in passing his passion for the game along to the players in the Princeton Youth Hockey Association. He has the ability to make players around him better on the ice with his great skill, and off it with with his incredible character. He has wonderful ice vision, playmaking ability, as well as a knack for putting pucks in the back of the net. Jake is a coach’s dream from a coachability standpoint and is always pulling video clips and asking questions to improve his game, as well as those around him, with an attention to detail in all three zones. As two year captain, his leadership has elevated our program and the culture we are looking to build. Jake is an ideal Hobey Baker candidate and an outstanding ambassador for his community, and for the game of hockey.
