Zach is a great kid who is always positive, always smiling, and always pushing himself and his teammates to be the best they can be. Zach has a very fun and easy going personality that draws people to him and he makes people feel welcome and comfortable when he is around. Zach’s passion for hockey is demonstrated daily by his work ethic on and off the ice. Zach is also a model teammate who is very selfless and who is always putting his teammates before himself. Zach shows his outstanding character every day by being a great teammate, leader, and friend. His work ethic, selflessness, and love of the game have earned him the respect of his teammates, coaches, and opponents both on and off the ice. Zach is a valuable member of the LDC Hockey team and definitely left his mark of character on the program. Zach is very deserving of the Hobey Baker – High School Character Award.
