Ryan has such terrific character and is a terrific leader. His commitment to the team is second to none. Ryan is willing to do whatever is asked of him at any time. The team always comes first when it comes to Ryan. His leadership on and off the ice is an honor to watch. Ryan seems to always know what his teammates need at different times. If it’s time to lead by example, Ryan does it. If Ryan needs to lead by voice, Ryan does it. He is a huge competitor and will compete when the play is going on, but once the game is over his compassion for the players on the other team is fun to watch. Ryan is one of our captains and does a terrific job of leading our team.
