Michael’s has demonstrate nothing short of the highest standards  in his leadership role for the Farmington Valley Generals over the past seasons.  Michael’s ability to motivate was clear across all levels: from the most talented skater to many of our first year players.  Every game seemed to generate a comment from the other team’s coach or overseeing referee on what a gentleman that number 26 player was to work with.  It is our pleasure to recognize Michael with this award.
