I have coached Ryan since the Military transfered me to the Reading PA Area.  I have seen this young person grow from a boy to a man.  I have watched him develop from an average hockey player to a dominant defensive hockey player along the years.  More astounding to me has been the transformation from a quiet kid who always sat in the corner of the lockerroom to the Team Leader and Captain that he became in his Junior and Senior Years.  He is one of those kids who you can not measure his achievements by points or plus/minus because everything he does does not show up on the stat sheet.  When I look at our Seniors and their Graduations and how can I replace them Ryan is the one Student I can not replace due to his hockey skills as well as his leadership.
