David is a leader on and off the ice for the Toll Gate Titans Boys’ Ice Hockey Team.  He’s an excellent example to other players not just because of his commitment to our program, but also for representing what a truly well rounded student athlete can be.  David has a challenging academic workload, is a member of Toll Gate program, and works on top of playing hockey.  He is also intelligent, well spoken, and responsible, which helps in his communication with his teammates and the coaching.  For these reasons. David Stachurski is our Hobey Baker Award winner.
