We have several great leaders on the team this year, but Lance has risen a notch above them all. Whether it’s on or off the ice, he is always giving his very best to make sure the team is prepared for its next challenge. He is a great asset in guiding the younger players on the ins and outs of the team dynamics and sharing his knowledge of the game to improve theirs. Lance is a great player but is always interested in learning how to improve and listens when advice is given. The team appreciates his leadership and running our pre-game warmup of “Suiâ€_x009d_, which I’m pretty sure he makes up the rules every game… Lance has helped develop a welcoming environment for all and I look forward to seeing where he goes from here.
