Lauren has shown excellent leadership skills throughout her high school hockey career. As a senior captain she has led her team on and off the ice in all aspects of the game. Coming prepared everyday for practice, games, dry land, team activities and in the classroom. Lauren has always been someone to take the lead and not look back. She is the first to look in the mirror and ask herself What can i do to make not only myself, but my team better. She is a 3 sport athlete at Hastings high school and a force to be reckoned with in all 3.
