Carter Bonecutter wears the C on his Leo High School Hockey jersey. Carter exemplifies the strength of character both on and off the ice sought after in a Hobey Baker Award recipient. He is a natural on ice leader for the Leo High School hockey team. Carter attends all on and off ice team functions and conducts himself with high moral and ethical standards. Carter has been a top point performer for both the Leo High School Hockey team and the Fort Wayne Amateur Hockey Association. Carter has been a top 5 point scorer in Fort Wayne the last 2 years. Carter is not just a goal scorer. He has maintained a near 1:1 ratio of goals to assists. I have played hockey for forty years and coached the last thirteen. I have seen a lot of great hockey players. Carter would represent the Hobey Baker Award with the utmost integrity and responsibility.
