Addie exemplifies all of the qualities portrayed by Hobey Baker himself and would be humbled to receive such amazing recognition for just being who she is.

Without effort, Addie lives her life with integrity and a positive attitude which makes her a natural leader because of the example that she sets for those around her.

Addie strives for excellence in all she does. This shows true in her academic achievements as well as her dedication to her teams that she is part of as a multi-sport athlete.

Addie’s hockey career is only part of who she is but through hockey she has been a supreme example of a young lady with excellent character. She is very coachable and always willing to rise to the challenge of meeting the needs of the team ahead of her own. Good sportsmanship with her own teammates, officials, and with opponents is very important to Addie.

It is a pleasure to coach Addie and I am recommending her for this year’s Hobey Baker award.
