Brandon was our backup goaltender this season, and while he did not have much playing team, he continued to work doggedly in practice. Whereas some players were grow disheartened at being stuck in the backup role, Brandon continued to carry himself with the utmost character. His energy never waned, his attitude never soured and he continued to be a senior-leader for the younger guys while continuing to push the starting goalie at every turn.
Brandon is heading off to college while completing military service and we have no doubt his leadership will serve him well in both areas.
