Ryan exemplifies every character trait that is needed to be a good teammate and leader.  He first and only commitment is to the team and is selfless in his efforts to reach team goals.  Ryan is one of the best team leaders I have ever had due to his unusually high level of maturity, honesty and accountability. he never makes excuses and always strives to be better, each and every day.  He is a true role model for our youth players and I hope all of my underclassmen make it their goal to be like Ryan.
