Shane Cryderman is my Captain of my High School Varsity Boys hockey team who exhibits superior leadership on and off the ice. He is a 1st team All Conference Defensemen, All Conference Academic Team, mentors the younger players, works numerous community events, as well as works at school fitness center with other athletes. He is well respected by his teammates and opposing players with strong character and respect for coaches, players, officials, etc. He would make a great recipient of this great award.
