Albert was a leader by example on and off the ice with his teammates.  He has been a 4 year Varsity player.  His attitude towards the game in his commitment and dedication was second to none.  He played the game always looking to improve beyond his level.  Albert always found positive in all situations that he faced with the team on and off the ice.  He was a mentor to the younger players on the team and always took the time to advise and create confidence with the younger players.  He was the first to make them feel at home and comfortable with the new surroundings.  Albert would always make adjustments to his game through the help of his teammates and coaches.  He took responsibility for his mistakes and made no excuses, only to work harder and make sacrifices to better the team in spite of himself.  He respected the fact that the game was not here for him, but he was here for the game.
