Cole is a true leader and quality individual on and off the ice.  His focus on the ice is to do whatever is needed for his team to be successful. He takes coaching points to heart, he is the first to implement new ideas into his game and has become a better player because of it.  He sees the bigger picture and helps re-enforce coaching points to the younger players on the team.

Off the ice, Cole is a very positive young man. He likes to have fun and enjoy himself, but in a respectful manner.  He cares how he is perceived, understands he is a role model to the youth around our community and carries himself appropriately.
