Matthew has demonstrated, as our team captain, each of the core values associated with the Hobey Baker selection criteria. Among his many admirable traits, he has been our teams inspirational and on-ice leader and role model in a very challenging season. Matt’s effective leadership, support of his teammates and coaches, and humble character, make him an easy selection for our teams Hobey Baker Award selectee for 2015
