The Hobey Baker High School Character Award was made for student-athletes like Andy Feyo.  He possesses all the qualities that a person would want in a coworker, friend, mentor, boss, or subordinate.  He is friendly, polite, and humble.  Not blessed with great natural ability, Andy had to work harder than anyone to secure a varsity spot.  He was a fixture in the weight room for the past year.  He is also a great student, maintaining a nearly perfect GPA, while attending classes full-time at the University of Minnesota as part of the PSEO program.  Andy is a leader in the locker room, always has an encouraging word for his teammates, has high standards for himself and others, and puts the team before his individual pursuits.  For these reasons and more, it is a thrill to honor Andy Feyo with this award.
