Brendan Shaw is the Captain of the Lexington High School hockey team. He iis a 4 year varsity hockey player and has served as captain for 2 seasons. Brendan is a solid, physical presence on our blue line. He is equally capable of delivering punishing checks and powerful shots.  He exhibits very steady leadership and is a committed player who is called upon for a high volume of time on ice. He represents his team, school, community and his parents exceedingly well and does so with tremendous pride. His character, combined with his contribution on and off the ice is the very definition of leadership. We could not ask for a better captain! Brendan Shaw is the epitome of the character defined by the Hobey Baker Award.
