I chose Ryan for this award because of his overall good attitude and positive influence on the team. He is one of the best two way players on the team and his upbeat personality and work ethic set an example his fellow players respect and follow. Throughout his tenure with the team he has been consistent. Win or lose, his sportsmanship shows through as an inspiration to those around him.
