Luke is a model Student-Athlete at Catholic Central and is at the top of his class with a 4.304 Cumulative GPA. His leadership with our group this year thru all the adversity has been exemplary. He shows compassion for his teammates and fellow classmates, respects his coaches and teachers, and is an active leader in the community. When teammate Matt Sorisho suffered a paralyzing spinal cord injury, Luke was at his side every day and orchestrated the student/teammate involvement in the renovation of Matt’s home. He is very instrumental in helping Matt with the life challenges and adjustments he now endures. Thru this he has maintained a level of normalcy amongst his team and went above and beyond his responsibility as Team Captain. He is a great leader, a great teammate, a great classmate, and a great friend. We are blessed and proud to have Luke Turner a part of our lives and the leader of our team.
