Josh has been a pleasure to coach over the last four years.  Game in and game out his effort is remarkable.  Josh epitomizes the definition of a team player.  He sacrifices his body, he is not afraid to block shots.  He does whatever the coaches ask of him and whatever the team needs.  What makes Josh our Hobey Baker Character Award nominee is not just his on-ice performance but also his off-ice dedication to the team and all our players.  I will never forget when one of our players was in the hospital because he had a crushed larynx from a slapshot.  Josh was the first person to visit our player in the hospital. When I told him I was very proud of him I will never forget his response:
