Dylan has been a four-year varsity starter and served as our team Captain for the past two seasons.  His peers chose him as the Captain of the team at the beginning of his junior season.  He earned his position as captain through the respect and trust of his teammates and coaches.   He has lead our team in points the past two season and finished as the division point leader this season.  He is a well-rounded individual who exhibits a strong work ethic while continuing to be a student of the game and mentor to others.  His teammates looked to him for leadership on and off the ice because of his confidence, character, and teamwork.  Through his play he is able to elevate his teammate’s level of play and confidence.  Dylan has never been a player of many words.  In retrospect he is the player who leads by example. His actions both on and off the ice are exemplary as an athlete and a citizen.  In addition to school hockey he plays travel hockey and is a multisport athlete at his school.   He is an exceptional student, maintaining a weighted GPA of 4.125 and is ranked 12th overall in his class.  He has been officiating for 6 years, 3 of the 6 years a level 3 USA Hockey Official.  As a young and respected official he has recently been invited to participate in the USA Hockey’s Atlantic District Officials Development Program.
