He is an average player but his sportsmanship and character are far above average.  He is a respectful player on the ice and in the locker room.  He works hard in practice/games and always does what is asked of him by the coaches.  That is why I feel Jared Neubig should receive the Hobey Baker Awarded for the 2013-2014 season.
