His Consistency was second to note in all areas of the game.  During his time here at Smiley his committment our team and the program goals were never in doubt.  He showed great character and focus through good and bad.  In three seasons I never doubted or questioned his ability, efforts or desire to do what was best for our team.  He is the type of player that you love to have on your team.  Ben is the definition of a leader by example; dedicated focused and committed to doing what was best forhis team.
