Billy has demonstrated many of the qualities possessed by Hobey Baker over his four year varsity career.  He has a tremendous work ethic that does not just come out during games, but used to challenge his own team in practice.  He demonstrates respect for the game with great sportsmanship, leadership skills, and working with younger athletes. Billy has demonstrated that he can handle success and failure and learn from each situation.  Billy is symbolic of what high school athletics should be about and the important role they can play in the development of a student athlete.
