Foster was chosen because of his hard work, positive attitude and sportsmanship. Foster is one of the hardest working and most dedicated skaters on his team. Fosters work ethic during dryland, on ice practices and games as a captain sets a high standard for the other skaters on his team and the future captains to follow when leading the team.
Foster is always a positive teammate. Whether its working hard during practice or during tough games that we are losing he keeps a positive attitude and good sportsmanship toward his teammates and opponents.
