Brendan has been on the North Andover boys Varsity hockey team since his Sophomore year. He has established himself as a standout defenseman since joining the program with his smooth skating stride, good hands, and an excellent vision of the ice. He is a two-way defenseman that can shut down a teams top line and also generate offense with a quick rush up the ice. Additionally, is a pivotal piece of our penalty kill and quarterbacked the power play. Brendan is a true example of a teammate, always supporting and uplifting his peers in practices and at games. As a captain, he works collaboratively with the players and coaches to help improve the team. While he is not the most vocal leader, he leads through the way he plays, setting an example for his teammates in practices and in games. He cares more about team success than individual accolades. He has an immense respect for the game, and everyone involved, that he shows by playing hard and honest.
