There really isn’t a need for a story if you know Gavin as to why he has been selected for this honor. His dedication to his team is unlike no other. His work ethic is like no other. While he may not possess skills on the ice that will take him further up the ladder on the ice, he posses’s so many other necessary skills to ensure his climb up life’s ladder will ensure he and whomever is lucky enough to be a part of his circle will be successful.
