Rylee Gee
2021 | Minnesota | GIRLS
Luverne High School | Cardinals | GIRLS
Rylee Gee’s character and leadership are flawless. She leads her life and demonstrates the characteristics of The Hobey Baker Award on a daily basis. Her integrity, academic achievement, and sportsmanship are outstanding. Not only is she an excellent hockey player, but an excellent person as well. Her qualities include team before me, always hungry, never complains, never, ever quit, and win or lose you shake your opponent’s hand celebrating a contest well fought. Rylee’s leadership skills have become more apparent with each year of her varsity career. Her leadership is most noticeable when helping the younger players on the team. When she talks the team listens, and she’s always saying the right things bringing the team together, raising the morale, and getting the best from them. Not only does she display these qualities in hockey, but she also excels in the classroom and community. For these reasons, I nominate Rylee Gee for this year’s Hobey Baker candidate for the Luverne Cardinals.
