Ross Carroll is a four year varsity player who epitomizes leadership and hard work. As a captain of the 2021 Oliver Ames Tigers, Ross led his team through a season no one will forget. He always kept his team motivated and regardless of the outcome, led them with pride. On and off the ice, Ross demonstrates strong character. He is a respectful, responsible, and caring young man. Ross makes sure the bus is clean after a road trip, thanks the driver, and does so without being asked to. It’s the small things that Ross does that sets him apart from his peers and has made him an outstanding captain and deserving representative of the Hobey Baker Award.
