This year’s recipient, chosen by me , is a very special student athlete. She has excelled in the classroom with a 3.988 GPA, and a 5 year letter winner on this hockey team. McKenna may be a quiet leader, but can always be counted on to work hard. She is willing to do anything asked of her. She is an exceptional and caring person of the highest character. Those are some of the reasons this year recipient of the Hobey Baker award is McKenna Burhans.
