Tim has been on the Varsity team all four years at Chantilly High School and was voted this year’s Captain by his teammates and coaches. He is a leader both in his on-ice play and his off-ice demeanor. While he is soft-spoken, his level of hustle is contagious, and he is the consummate team player, working to make all of the players on the ice with him better. His abilities open up scoring opportunities not only for himself, but for his linemates as well. Off the ice, he is polite and humble. He works hard in the classroom and has achieved NVSHL All-Academic honors for the past three years. For these reasons, Tim Contos is Chantilly High School’s Hobey Baker Character Award winner this year.
