James Boyle is this years Colgan High School recipient of the Hoby Baker High School Character Award. James has played hockey since he was a mini mite and has played Varsity high school hockey for 4 years. In addition to his love for hockey, he also played and lettered in Varsity Lacrosse and Golf. He is an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and volunteers his time helping others. He is a natural leader and was named the Captain of his high school sports teams. He also attended the Air Force Academy’s Summer leadership Seminar and Boys State leadership training in VA. After high school he plans to attend VMI or West Point, study political science/Law, and pursue a commission in the US Army.
