Jordan has primarily been a JV player in each of his three seasons with the Spartans. He has brought a consistent work ethic every time he steps on the ice. Last season he was our varsity backup even though he played junior varsity. He would be at the rink on game days from 3:30 until sometimes 10:30 at night. This season he took the news that he would be the JV goalie hard. He didn’t quit or give less effort. Instead, he embraced his role and made the most of it. He was rewarded with his first Varsity start towards the end of the season and got the win 7-6 in overtime! He also came into the Varsity game in the 3rd period on Senior night to preserve the win. Jordan is very deserving of this award.
