Cedric Semaan is a sophomore at Beckman High School. He was born on November 13, 2002, in Newport Beach, California. He is 5’6 and 120 lbs. He shoots right and plays center for the Patriots. Cedric has been playing hockey for five years and has been a member of the Patriots for the past two seasons. He is hoping to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he would like to study engineering. Cedric is not only a leader in the locker room and on the ice for the Patriots junior varsity team, but he is an excellent student and role model in the community. Cedric exemplifies the Hobey Baker ideal that Character Builds Excellence. He puts his teammates and community first, exhibits outstanding sportsmanship under all circumstances and is an absolute pleasure to coach. He is committed to not only making himself better, but those around him and the team overall. In sum, Cedric makes the game and his teammates better overall.
