Austin first laced up his skates at 2 years old. Since then, he has been passionate about not only his own play, but about the hockey community in Austin, Texas. For 4 years, Austin has volunteered as a coach, teaching the youth to share his passion for our sport. He is always wiling to take extra time to work with the young ones both on and off the ice. Further, he volunteers outside of hockey for the Young Men’s Service League, helping those less advantaged than himself. His character and leadership have led to an A on his jersey this year, as well as holding down a spot at Center on the ice. He is a young man of character and determination, and is a leader to both his team and the youth of the Austin hockey community.
