Michael is being recognized for the Hobey Baker award due to his character and performance both on the ice and off the ice. On the ice, Michael is clearly a leader, never complains, is always positive, very respectful of all and a pleasure to coach. Off the ice, Michael focuses on his academics, activities, community service all while maintaining a current job. Michael is also in the FSHL Leadership Academy. It is an honor to recognize Michael for this award.
